My street was a lake this morning
I spent almost an hour taking pictures
of splashing cars
- and then I'm not satisfied with the splashes I captured
so here's puddle without splash:

The Parsnip in July
was only days away from flowering
and when I scanned the sample to the right
on July seventeenth
it was too soon for it to get
another turn in the limelight.

Now as it is finally due again
flowers have mostly turned to seeds
- these scanned ones are already restored
to suburban nature
