Oak-leaved Goosefoot, Göteborg, June 5th, 2003

Chenopodium glaucum
Blåmålla i november, i augusti och i juli

Eva Ekeblad, 2003

Three pageless days
to mark a change
of some undefined sort.

Well, for one thing it means
that I have changed my rule
of an uninterrupted sequence.
A thousand and one nights
is enough, that way.

On the other hand
this time of the year
there's no s-weed shortage
in my small domain.
And the re-appearance
of the oak-leaved goosefoot
in the spot from last august
is worth a small celebration.

Of course
I cannot stop weed walking
all of a sudden -
and as long as I keep looking and learning
there will be new stuff to find
for a long time still.

But I would also like
to find some time and some way
to tie together
some of all the loose ends
in this tangle of pages
and to use
some of my hoarded material
in other ways
perhaps also
wander off
to boundless territories beyond...
How scary and time consuming!!
