The Goldilocks lawn is still in a mowing interregnum (until later in the summer)
so there's material enough for making the kind of leaf series that is a first step
towards identification of the auricomes. The cut-out leaves are from a collection
made a few days ago - for this purpose it is better to press before scanning.
Then one single tuft turned out to contain three flowering individuals
and fifteen vegetative. Today's sample, same lawn, different tuft.
Two flowering individuals one vegetative. Wonder if the leaves may be fitted into
the same series, or if there is more than one microspecies there...
